In Hong Kong - A Happy New Year, 2017

I was in Hong Kong taking my vacation but I wouldn't call it a vacation because my mind is still in the working mode. I believe I have strong work ethics and it's hard to even relax. The market was moving and time waits for no man. Opportunities are rare and seldom presents itself in a clear fashion so once it appeared, I have to seize it. During my stay in Hong Kong, I missed quite a number of opportunities and only took chances on some small ones. Hong Kong is small, unique and it's a land of goldmine where their properties are sky rocketing as compared to Singapore.

I am fully charged and calm for now. Year 2017 is only 2 days away and I am so looking forward to it because it's a year I am going to take more trades and increase my chance of winning at critical turning points. Click below to see my new year resolution.

Wilmar - Second Round Short Sell

Shorted Wilmar the second round as the stock continued to look bearish earlier. This time round I posted in my Facebook for everyone who followed me. If you are interested to follow me in Facebook, click the below link and add me:

Wilmar continued to show weakness in the intraday chart. The stock broke down below the high volume and buyers weren't supporting the price. The sellers on the other hand was overpowering and consistently took the opportunity to sell. Some of students of mine booked profits already and made 2 rounds in Wilmar today while my 80 lots trade is still floating. From -400 unrealized loss to profits with $960, it's not a lot of $ but still let's see what will happen tomorrow. :)

Wilmar - Broke Down

Wilmar broke down now. Although not a lot, still it's better than nothing. The whole market was very boring today and not moving and hence I decided that it's better to finish a quick scalp first. See my morning bearish post on Wilmar!

In the profits now for Wilmar, the stock went to a low of 3.59 and then started rebounding now. I am not going to write a long blog post but I am happy for those who made $, congrats!! So what's next for tomorrow? Stay tune. :) If you want to add me as a friend in Facebook, click on the below link.

Wilmar - Poised for a Breakdown

Studying the chart for Wilmar, it seemed as though there is a pile of concentrated hidden selling yesterday and the amount of buyers is getting lesser. The stock tried to move today but looked jam. In the short term, I am expecting a wave of sellers. It might be today or tomorrow. Let's see.

Jumbo - Big Hands Clapped

Christmas has passed and most of us are now into the new year mood where some might feel lazy while others might take a break for holiday. However, I am as laser focused as ever and I am not so into taking breaks because of a vibrant market and opportunities is not easy to come by. So this morning I posted a bullish alert on Jumbo LIVE on this very blog at 9:02am. At the time I posted the big hands have not entered the market yet. Click and see my earlier post at 9:02am which is simple yet accurate.

http://ronaldkstockmarket.blogspot.sg/2016/12/jumbo-looks-bullish.html

As the trading hours passed, Jumbo experienced high volume snatch up of shares as circled in the 5 minute chart as attached above. The stock was under serious buying and it recorded a almost 3.5% gain today. The accumulation in the 5 minute chart combined with the buyers supporting the stock in the daily chart just put my observation skills into another level. With the stock near the high, still buyers were relentlessly snapping up whatever that is available. Towards closing, it reached a high of 0.66 before it closed 0.655. The breakout is real today but will it continue tomorrow? Made some small $$ but it's enough for an intraday profit. Jumbo - Looks Bullish

I think Jumbo looks bullish with some accumulation in the minute chart and the buyers were supporting on the daily chart. Looks bullish for a rebound. Watch it closely.

Vintage Rolex - Better Than Your Gold, Stocks, Properties

They say behind every success men, there is a woman behind supporting, this adage holds true. But behind every success business men, there usually hold a watch be it a Rolex, Patek or any other brands. Most men loves watches because it's something is alluring yet sexy and that is no difference to me. I had been buying watches some years back and the most regret thing was I sold at a loss before knowing that the prices sky rocketed in the last 2 years. Regretted but pleased to buy a learning experienced. It's like trading in stocks, without losing $$, there is no way to improve your learning knowledge.

Since then, I had been scouting for some sought after pieces that is liquid and highly recognizable. It doesn't usually have to be the rarest of all, but as long as the condition is superb and the watch holds some important value, I will buy it. After 2-3 years of reading the Paul Newman Daytona, it appeals to me that, that's the watch I am going to invest in with the right serial number, provenance, conditions, dials etc, just because prices have really ran crazy over the past few years and will only do so in the next decade. The 6263, 6264, 6265, 6241 and 6239 all holds a certain value that only increases with time. Buying the right watch is so much profitable than buying gold and properties. For the right watch, the value is always rising on a per year basis and never drop at all while gold, stocks and properties still fluctuate depending on the market conditions.

Since then I had been examining, studying and seeing LIVE pieces of Daytona and had set my eyes on 3 important ones that I believe the value will soar. I am determined to get it and hence waiting for chance to fly and meet the owner. Besides the Daytona, there is also the submariners, explorers and the GMTs and if buy the right piece, the value can only increase. I am only into Rolex as it took me many years to understand the importance of Vintage Rolex and the subtle difference that could fetch a handsome sum of $. It may look very similar in appearance, but it's the history, year of productions, the subtle tweaks that determines the sky high prices. I have attached the pictures for your reference and if you can spot those difference, it means you know how to select amazing pieces to keep. I won't go in depth on what to look out for blah, blah, blah because it can take hours and hours to just explain but investing in Vintage Rolex is an art which requires immense knowledge and experience. Why? Because there is a lot of fakes and different variations out there. Be careful when searching for the right valuable piece.
