The Dow Jones crashed last evening. With the increase amount of virus cases in the US and the record climbing amount of people infected with the virus, it was doubled the amount that we have seen back in March/April period. However the Dow Jones was pretty choppy for the past week and it was hell of a ride up/down. So yesterday afternoon at 2pm while I was shopping, I posted my bearish outlook to all my traders in my Private Instagram account to share that I was looking to short the Dow Jones all day and indeed, from 2pm onward after hitting the supply zone and towards the closing of the market, the Dow Jones cannot climb and hit by waves of sellers non stop. the outlook was as accurate as it can be at specific supply zones.
Chart reading is an art and once you mastered it, it's like a cash cow that continues to generate $$ over and over again. So what did I saw yesterday afternoon which allowed me to make my analysis come true once again? It was that supply zone line which I drew at 2pm where the sellers were mounting. For the whole night, the Dow did not broke above that line and spiraled downwards after that!
