Had another midnight coffee session and did a small interview with one of my guy as he wanted to get some insights on how I view and trade the market. Met up with Nicky too and shared some insights on the market where I think it's important to know since we are nearing towards the presidential election. I told Nicky I am going to restart my traders network but for now, I need to find some trustworthy and powerful traders first besides Brandon and Winston since I am growing quite fast and many of them wanted to join me as a mentee for trading.
As I continued to receive trading results and trade records from some of my guys, I know who to select and what button to push at the right person in the right time. In my Traders Network Team, I will driving more on performance and results but still, the key quality is still instill confidence first before taking a good trade. I will be coaching some of you through google meet soon and let's see if I can pick up some traders there. It was a good midnight coffee session and looking forward to the next.
