I am starting to shop for good quality homes. I had visited many condos and apartment and I must admit none came as close as The Marc. I got the privilege to be contacted and ask for a viewing for one of the most prestigious development in Singapore and I am convinced that SC Global did a very good interior finishing for this project. Home is a very important element in my life because a good and quality house allows me to recharge myself everyday after work with rejuvenate energy and strength for tomorrow.
The downside to this project is the quantum is huge and the price is on the higher end. There is not a lot of units but it's exclusivity that I am after with. I have some more viewing before making a final decision on my final destination. While the property market is down and it's a buyers haven, I believe time may not be on my side for much longer before the market rebounds. I expect a little more dips before starting to rebound. The property chart attached above as circled provides vital information on District 9. It's about time to get ready.
