HUYA will be releasing their results on Monday and based on the volume setup, the stock is poised to release some good results. The volume in HUYA is the easiest to read with different waves and bands where the buyers and sellers can be readily differentiated. In the case of last evening's trading action, it was clear that the buyers were strong and there was some wash sales in the 5 minute chart with a gap down first. Buyers were supporting the stock while sellers were trying to depress the stock but not successful and retreated gradually.
I am pleased to see 500 shares traded near the bottom BEFORE the breakout and the rewards is very impressive with profits towards end of day. Before learning from me, this student of mine was just banging the wall and buy based on fundamentals values with some amateur chart reading knowledge. However after learning the volume tricks from me, I can see a vast improvements on reading the chart correctly and getting the job done accurately.
Trading US stocks is easier and quicker than indices because first off there is an element where you can hold the stock and also that if you can predict the trend correctly, your winning percentage is much higher with low capital layout. Imagine making 5-20% return within 1 - 3 days of trading just based on earning reports using the volume tricks with low risk. Good leveraging on the speed and volatility of the stock while yielding high rewards. If you want to make good $ per day/week basis, US stock is the way to go.
